Based in Scottsdale and deeply embedded in the Phoenix metropolitan area's premier luxury markets, Brett built REI Network into one of the region's most trusted development underwriting and sourcing platforms, identifying, negotiating, acquiring, and delivering more than 75 successful luxury projects since 2022 for top builders and developers across Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and Arcadia, Arizona.

With deep relationships spanning off-market property access, award-winning architects, elite builders, luxury brokers, and capital partners, Brett founded HAVEN to develop residences that are both financially exceptional and genuinely extraordinary places to live.

Bryant Aplass is an experienced real estate developer, investor, and operating executive with more than two decades of entrepreneurial leadership.

As Chief Operating Officer of HAVEN Development Partners, Bryant oversees development execution, financial strategy, construction, operations, and the continued growth of HAVEN's residential platform.

He has been directly involved in more than 25 ground-up residential projects and hundreds of residential and commercial real estate transactions. His experience spans multifamily, retail, land development, net-lease, and value-add assets, including a portfolio of nearly 1,000 multifamily units. Bryant has also successfully managed four investment funds.

His expertise covers the full development lifecycle, from acquisition, underwriting, capitalization, and fundraising through design, construction, stabilization, and disposition. He brings a hands-on, disciplined approach focused on execution, thoughtful design, and long-term value creation.

Before focusing full-time on real estate, Bryant founded and scaled a global manufacturing company for 15 years, successfully selling the business in 2017.

Terry Gibson brings more than two decades of real estate finance leadership to HAVEN Development Partners, with deep expertise in financial reporting, taxation, and the operational discipline that complex development demands.

Terry spent over 17 years with Discovery Land Company, the preeminent developer of private club communities worldwide, most recently as Senior Vice President of Financial Systems and Operations. There he oversaw enterprise financial infrastructure and system integrations across a portfolio of ultra-luxury residential communities, experience directly relevant to HAVEN's platform.

Through TG Consulting, Terry advises real estate developers on construction job cost accounting, budgeting and forecasting, treasury management, and risk. His command of the full financial stack, from job-level cost control to enterprise reporting, ensures HAVEN's capital is deployed with precision and accounted for with transparency.

Terry holds a degree from New Mexico State University and is based in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Wesley Harwood founded Harwood Homes in 2005 and has spent more than two decades building a reputation for delivering high-end residential and commercial real estate projects throughout Utah. His experience spans luxury custom homes, development, construction management, investor relations, and strategic business growth.

Today, Wesley serves in an advisory and strategic leadership role with Harwood Design Build, where he focuses on capital formation, investor partnerships, operational excellence, and the continual refinement of the company's systems, processes, and standard operating procedures. Working alongside President Dave Diehl and the leadership team, Wesley helps position the company for disciplined growth while ensuring every project is executed with institutional-quality standards and a white-glove client experience.

With more than 20 years of experience in second-home real estate development and destination resort communities, Heath has demonstrated a unique ability to blend vision and strategy. Heath has overseen the design and community development of many private resorts both domestic and abroad during his 6 years with Discovery Design, the design arm of Discovery Land.

As Founder of Folsom Design Studio, Heath is responsible for client development and retention, sales and marketing strategy and implementation, and oversight of the architecture for major projects as the design principal-in-charge.

Heath earned a five-year NAAB-certified BA and a Master's degree in Architecture from Woodbury University in Burbank, California. He studied for 10 years with the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art, Southern California Chapter, and has been mentored by two former presidents of the board.

Dave Diehl builds more than homes. He builds experiences, legacies, and places that feel effortlessly lived-in from the moment you step inside. As the founder of Harwood Design Build, Dave has carved a reputation in Utah's luxury market for crafting residences that blend elevated design, uncompromising craftsmanship, and a modern, welcoming warmth rarely found in high-end construction.

From Park City to the Kamas Valley, Dave and his team specialize in creating luxury mountain homes that balance clean architectural lines with the textures, tones, and natural materials that make a home feel alive.

Equal parts visionary and do-er, Dave is known for being hands-on, from early-stage concept and land planning to the final finish selections that define Harwood's signature “cozy mountain modern with an elegant twist.” He approaches every build with the belief that luxury should feel authentic, effortless, and deeply personal.

With more than 20 years in the design industry and over 13 years specializing in luxury residential interiors, Johanna draws on extensive experience designing custom homes throughout the Mountain West. She collaborates closely with architects, builders, and homeowners from the earliest stages of a project, ensuring each interior is thoughtfully integrated with the home's architecture while providing a design experience that is as personal and intentional as the homes themselves.

Combining a refined design sensibility with a strong understanding of construction, Johanna is known for guiding complex projects with clarity, collaboration, and careful attention to detail. Her work is grounded in timeless design, thoughtful detailing, and enduring quality, creating homes that are both highly functional and deeply personal.

Nicole leads creative direction and brand strategy for HAVEN Development Partners, shaping how the firm's ultra-luxury residences are seen, understood, and sold across its Arizona and Utah markets.

She brings five years with REI Network, where she developed marketing programs at the intersection of real estate and digital media, building the kind of audience-first, conversion-minded thinking that translates architectural vision into buyer demand.

A photographer by training and instinct, Nicole oversees every visual touchpoint of the HAVEN brand: property photography and art direction, investor and sales collateral, digital campaigns, and the editorial system that gives HAVEN its distinct voice in a crowded luxury market.

Nicole is also a licensed Arizona real estate agent, giving her a practitioner's fluency in the $10M+ buyer segment: how these clients search, what moves them, and what a property must communicate before a showing is ever scheduled.
